Keen Dist. are a skate hardware and apparel distributor, working with some of the leading brands in the skateboard industry. We’re growing – and looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual with great interpersonal skills to join our back-end support team.
This individual will be responsible for customer and ERP support required for our UK office.
Main responsibilities
- Customer Support for B2B and D2C customers
- Responding to all customer queries
- Managing customer payments and credits (may include payment plans, overdue payments etc)
- Processing Customer Returns
- Invoicing daily orders
- ERP Support
- Maintaining and updating our ERP systems with products and orders
- Maintaining our B2B and B2C Platforms
- Xero reconciliation
A lot of what the role involves will be taught on the job, however you’ll be ideal for this role if you have…
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Competence in communicating directly with customers (both stores and consumers)
- A confident telephone manner
- A willingness to learn and understand platforms and processes
- Knowledge of; Mac Operating Systems and Excel
- Use of ‘Brightpearl’ or Shopify systems would be beneficial, but not essential
