Warehouse Operative

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Location: MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION TO DIDCOT, OX11 LOCATION

Keen Dist. are a skate hardware and apparel distributor, working with some of the leading brands in the skateboard industry. We’re growing – and looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual to join our Warehouse team.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting with the unloading of Goods In and Out.
• Checking deliveries against purchase orders using barcode scanning systems.
• Picking and Packing customer orders.
• Stock Checking and Location checking.
• General Warehouse Housekeeping Duties.

A lot of what the role involves will be taught on the job, however any prior experience is always helpful.

To be successful in this role, you should…

• Demonstrate initiative – we don't encourage a micro-management culture here, so be prepared to get stuck in.
• Have an organised approach to your workload.
• Be reliable – we need you to show up on time and hit the ground running each day.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Be a team player – positive vibes & drama-free.
• Be comfortable focusing on the tasks at hand in a relaxed environment – don’t let the office dogs and laid-back dress code fool you – we’re always busy!
